Lot prices start in the US$93,000 range, with excellent financing available.

The Estates are located on approximately 60 individual lots, with the gated community comprising approximately 25 acres.

Each Estate Homeowner will automatically be a member of the Verandah Estates Homeowners' Association, which will be professionally managed by the developer. We have extensive experience in the development and management of homeowners' associations and owner-based properties in both the Caribbean and North America. As a member of the Association, each Homeowner will have voting rights on issues relating to Verandah Estates at the Annual Homeowners' Association Meeting.
